cancellation policy

We understand that sometimes unexpected things come up and you may have to cancel your appointment. By notifying us as early as possible, this will allow us to fill your available spot.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. If cancellations are made less than the required 24 Hours, the full balance of the appointment will be charged. Payment will be billed to the card on file. Extreme circumstances will be taken into consideration. By booking with us you are agreeing to the cancellation fee.
